The 2021 La Gaffelière is quite rich and generous by the standards of the vintage, wafting from the glass with aromas of cherries and raspberries.
This item is a Bordeaux future and anticipated arrival is Fall 2026.
Richly juicy and intense, this wine is massive, with concentrated tannins and dusty texture. The wine has weight and density but is also impressively fresh.
~ 94 Pts James Suckling A rich, multilayered nose of dark fruit, mushrooms, earth and violets. Some black olives, too. Full-bodied with layers of ripe tannins.
