We age our Reposado tequila in American oak ex-bourbon barrels for nine to eleven months. This careful process creates a sweet and smoky flavor, with hints of vanilla and oak.
Aged for six months, the 'rested' tequila builds on the character of the Blanco, but adds peach and licorice to the aroma, with small hints of grapefruit and lighter pepper in the tasting.
