This is one of Thibaud's favourite Volnays! Well-balance, full-bodied and nicely tannic - it ticks all the right boxes.
Aromas: Black cherry, red plum, raspberry, baking spice, wild herbs. Palate: Medium-bodied, suave tannins, fresh. Pairing Suggestion: Grilled pork sausages with herbs; lamb burgers; smoked meats.
