Dirty For Goode - An Endorsement

Murphy-Goode is looking for "a social media whiz". The job is to spend time on Facebook and Twitter, drink lots of wine, and play some dice. The salary is $10,000 a month and you also get a very nice house to live in.

Hardy for Murphy-Goode

We at 1000 Corks can't think of anyone better at mucking around on faddish websites, drinking wine, and playing dice than Hardy Wallace. Of course we've never actually seen Hardy play dice, but we are 100% confident of his ability to do so.

Hardy is an amazing and somewhat undiscovered treasure in the wine blogging universe. There are wine bloggers that know wine. There are wine bloggers that write well. And there are wine bloggers with great personalities. But rarely do you find the whole package: knowledge, the ability to write, and personality.

At Hardy's blog, Dirty South Wine, they do come together. It's the most essential non-essential read about wine on the internet. 1000 Corks stands strongly behind Hardy Wallace's rallying cry: Wine Is Meant To Be Crunk.

So, Murphy-Goode, please don't let us down. Hardy Wallace is the right man for the job.

And, please, dear readers, show your support for Murphy-Goode by buying their wines. They are surprisingly inexpensive; some of them can be had for less than $10. If you're looking to spend a little more Ken's Wine Guide really likes the Murphy-Goode "Snake Eyes" Zinfandel.

You can endorse Hardy Wallace yourself by watching his video and entering your email address. There's also a website chronicling the campaign: Goode To Be First.

I agree completely! He is the man, the Jim Cramer of wine. For the record, I am not Hardy.
