Pairing: Red meat, game, ham and cheese. 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc. Château des Leotins belongs to Lumeau family. It is located at Sauveterre de Guyenne, the center of Entre-Deux-Mers, 35 km from Saint-Emilion et 45 km from Bordeaux. It is a family-owned vineyard and has been gone throught 8 generations. |
