| Description: | From acclaimed Vosne-Romanée producer Michel Gros comes his only white wine, usually grown higher up on the hillslopes of Côtes de Nuits in the 3ha monopole of Fontaine St-Martin. This is an absolutely superb white Burgundy, with great structure and depth following its extremely attractive nose of stone fruits and sweet spices. There's a lightly grainy texture as well as vibrant acidity on the concentrated, complex palate. Will compete with any Burgundy at twice the price. |
