Decanting awakens the aromas - a blend of ripe boysenberry, stone fruit, warm spice, and a hint of oak. A rich entry leads to a robust and savory mid palette that is intense and concentrated with a persistent finish of ripe, soft tannins. Extremely well balanced with proper weight and structure, the wine is ready to drink now. Locations is a simple concept made complicated that ultimately became a great deal of fun. The Simple: Make the best possible wine from a given country or location. The Complicated: Going out and tracking down the vineyards which are capable of delivering the quality of wine needed.
