| Description: | Cherry red in color, with medium-high density, clear and brilliant. Good intensity on the nose, with outstanding notes of ripe fruits and berries. There are aromas of vanilla and toast that come from barrel aging as well as a hint of minerality. On the palate, it is enjoyably velvety with great volume and red fruits. There is also a touch of oak, which is common in Rioja but not overpowering. It has good finish, where the fruit dominates initially and at the end the mineral notes from the rocky soil reappear. |
