Aged only in cement tanks, yet the wine has no tart fruit, just pure, dark, and juicy with truckloads of Syrah essence. Coffee beans, licorice, fennel, powdered chocolate truffles, roasted meats, and cigars. The mouthfeel hits on all cylinders with a drying finish of ripe tannins. |
