Five days skin contact (very cold must), followed by three months ageing, then bottled for second fermentation (unusual for Lambruso). Brw staff Love this wine. Get wild red plums, cranberry/raspberry, pink rose petals, violets, and blood orange. Has vibrant acidity and a crisp, clean finish. Drink and enjoy with charcuterie. |
