| Description: | At Roca is part of the movement denouncing the Cava designate in favor of Do Classic Penedès, indicating the wine falls in line more closely to the original rules of Cava. While the house grows the traditional Cava grapes extensively this is a 50/50 blend of Macabeu and Garnatxa. All their wines are brut nature, with the Rosat spending 20-month Sur lie. Strawberries, dried roses, raspberries and chalky acidity. The vibrant fruit adds dimension to the zero dosage. |
