| Description: | Hanna's Weiss Organic Welschriesling is a dry, medium-bodied, white wine from Carnuntum, Austria. It's 100% Welschriesling with 12.0% abv. Suitable for Vegans. Certified Organic. Low in sulphites. Introducing a limited run of Hanna's natural Welschriesling. Aspiring to make "colourful" wines, each of her wines are unique but conducted with skill. Hand-picked, the grapes are fermented in three ways: 1/3 whole bunch, 1/3 free-run into stainless steel, and 1/3 mash-fermented (by hand) in stainless steel. The wine is on the lees for 6 months, before being bottled unfiltered and with low sulfur. Full of juicy notes of apple, grapefruit and herbs. |
