Domaine Valentin Zusslin Cremant d'Alsace Brut Zero Sans
, from Cremant D'Alsace
Description: | Since 1691 the Wine estate Domaine Valentin Zusslin is based in the east of France on the Bollenberg, The Clos Liebenberg (Monople) and the Pfingstberg Grand Cru hill-side. The Domain is completely led on the biodynamic culture principles to re-create a universe suitable to biodiversity and managed by the 13th generation : sister and brother : marie Zusslin and Jean-Paul Zusslin ! The work of soils and numerous works are hand-made to express all the wealth coming from the terroirs. An effective sorting gives to the wines a very nice concentration and an elegancy. Condensed as well as tight. Its great acidity and its pleasant freshness give it depth and persistence. The harmonious maturing of the wines is made on thin lees (1 to 1 ½ year). No interference in the natural process of fermentation and growing of the wines. It is not only the substance of the crops, harvested from the land, which is removed, but also the forces and vitality which make them worth eating and drinking! |
