They are part of the new designation of Corpinnat, which is intent on separating themselves from the extremely large Cava houses in Spain. Composed of the regionally traditional grapes: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Sumol. The wine maintains an organic freshness à la natural wines, while the acidity of the brut nature style takes a more serious side. Yellow apples, pears, herbs, flowers and baked biscuits. |
