| Description: | A fairly unassuming Slovenian wine from the east-west running Vipava Valley, located not far from Trieste. Made from 50% Pinela, 25% Zelen and 25% of the more recognizable Rebula, the grown together in a single vineyard. They are then co-fermented, and they spend over 30 days in contact with the skins in large oak vats. Copper in color with heavy aromatics of apricot, peach, holiday spice and juicy acidity. A very harmonious non-vintage blend. |
