| Description: | Mendocino is increasingly becoming a better and better region to source Pinot Noir. The cooler climate allows the grapes to ripen slowly and the fruit is a little more earthy. There is some whole cluster added in to this wine which compliments the red fruits, tart cherry pie filling, and herbs. There is no new oak used on this and the fruit is pure and clean. The color is see-through with a light ruby color that looks like a cooler vintage Marsannay. |
