| Description: | This is an exceptional example of the rising quality coming out of the Mâconnais. It's unusually fermented in concrete and glass vessels, before being aged in 30% new oak barrels. It's rich on the nose, with aromas of peach, nectarine, banana, acacia, honeysuckle, smoke, and oak, all lifted by fresh acidity, a lightly grainy texture, and a compelling finish. Complex and stuctured, this is classic white Burgundy. |
