The valley, property of the chateau, offers an unmatched eco-system and gives the wines a unique style in terms of freshness and elegance.". "This one was very fresh, very fruity, very exuberant on the aroma side, but also round, supple and fresh and energetic so for my standard of tasting wine, it was a very good wine. On the nose, fantastic bouquet with delicate aromas of white fruits, just-picked strawberries and floral notes. The mouth is complex with raspberry and wild strawberry notes, wild herbs, citrus, and wet-stone flavors. It has a refreshing acidity thanks to the altitude of the vineyards, and a round, long and vibrant finish. |
