Manana Tequila Anejo

Manana Tequila Anejo

Tequila

Description: Description:. Tradition has it, to become Reposado tequila it has to be age in barrels for at least two months. MaƄana Tequila goes beyond tradition and age our Reposado 8 months in white oak barrels from Tennessee. The most important is the distillation we put in the barrel. Most producers use when distilling cut 20% of the heads and tails of the new alcohol to discard the impurities. We decided to cut 40% of the alcohol to really insure we get rid of the impurities. By the time you taste our Reposado it will have some wonderful citrus notes with a spicy finish yet soft. You will begin to taste the vanilla and wood sugars from the barrel. Just drink it neat with a small cube of ice or in a premium margarita. Taste Notes:. Pale golden yellow color. Aromas of olive tapenade, caramel cream, cheese rind, figs, and sweet spices. Round and supple with a dry-yet-fruity medium-full body. Vanilla fudge, ginger and exotic peppercorn flourish on the long warming finish. Rich and flavorful with fine balance. 91 Points - Tastings.com (Beverage Tasting Institute)
