| Description: | With a name like "Acid & Black" there is no "smoke in mirrors" from this ancient Greek variety grown in the Noussa region of Northern Greece. It often draws comparisons to Nebbiolo, with the Ramnista coming from vineyard blocks with lower Ph and lighter soils. Dark in color with both red and black fruits, bright acidity, whispers of Va, meaty aromas, earth, and wet leaves. The phrase "what grows together goes together" doesn't get more accurate than this. Pair with lamb and herbs. |
