| Description: | The region of Bergerac, though widely variable in soil types, shares many of the same gravelly calcareous pebbles along the Gironde River as its bully of a brother Bordeaux. This winery, formerly known as Tour des Gendres, was founded in 1925 and has split between siblings recently. Sharing the major grapes of Bordeaux, the blend of 50% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Muscadelle is dose of fresh minerality. Steely, honeyed, salty and a hint of naturalness, with Ribolla Gialla-like qualities. |
