| Description: | 92 pts Wine Advocate November 2015 The 2013 Stellenbosch Syrah has a very elegant and pure bouquet with perfumed dark plum and boysenberry aromas, a sense of mineralité lurking just underneath. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin and very well judged acidity. I like the cohesive nature of this Syrah and the backbone on the finish. You could actually drink this now, though I might be tempted to give it a few months in bottle. This is excellent and outstanding value-for-money to boot. |
