(The Roogle is a cross between an American Eagle and an Australian Kangaroo.) Their goal from the outset has been to control the entire process from vineyard to glass - delivering stylish, hand-crafted and peerlessly delicious wines that also offer unbeatable value. As Robert Parker has observed in the Wine Advocate - Technical notes Syrah and Monastrell from 20-40 year old vines planted in sandy loam and limestone soils was fermented in stainless steel and aged for 12 months in neutral French and American oak. |
