| Description: | 2007 vintage - Made from 100% Roscetto, an indigenous varietal from Montefiascone which has been recently re-discovered. The grapes are grown in the estate vineyards in Montefiascone, in the region of Lazio, and are harvested at the end of September. The grape's small, compact bunches lead to a full bodied wine with great extract. The wine is fermentated in stainless steel tanks and 225 K barriques. It is aged 7 months in French and American oak and 8 months in bottle. |
