As long as he takes care of the land, the grapes will take care of the wine. The wine displays shades of rusty, pale-copper tones. Aromas of hydrangea flower, orange blossom, and a undertone of yeast. On the palate the wine displays good gripping tannins (medium) that will create a dry texture. Lots of orange blossom and wheat beer character. Nice balance of acid/ alcohol. Food Pairings : Asian cuisine, lemon chicken, fried foods, curry dishes, oysters, trout, salads, sushi, calamari, Thai, etc. |
