He owns 14 of the region's 500ha, and is only one of three producers to farm organically. This is a great introduction to Blaufränkisch: medium-bodied with a firm tannic structure and high acidity, ripe but restrained raspberry and strawberry aromas, and a herbal, cocoa mouthfeel. |
