| Description: | Following in his father's footsteps (Alain Verdet, a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture since the 1970s), Aurélien learned under the renowned David Duband before returning to the family estate in the Haut Côtes de Nuits. He started as a producer with a small trading business with the 2005 vintage. The wines are of high quality, crafted in a modern style but without excess. Quantities are small, however, especially as the growing success of the wines have increased demand. The Chambolle Fuées is quite elegant and with good length. |
