| Description: | The Pisco Ocucaje Acholado has been made with Quebranta and Italia variety grapes. Quebranta is a variety resulting from the genetic mutation suffered by one of the black grape strains that the Spaniards brought to Peru. The other variety is Italia, one of the most used varieties for its great aromatic content and because it is the most abundant in Peru. This pisco is translucent and bright, colorless, with an intense aromatic load that reminds a bit of the muscatel and the ripe peach, it is a powerful and soft drink at the same time, that its passage in the mouth is not rough. 43% Abv / 86 Proof 750 Ml |
