| Description: | "The 2011 Beaux Monts from Bruno Clavelier is another outstanding example of the vintage, offering up a very complex and soil-driven personality on both the nose and palate. The very fine and elegant nose certainly shows the vineyard's proximity to Echézeaux, wafting from the glass in a blend of black cherries, black plums, dark soil tones, herbs, a bit of bonfire, incipient notes of venison, espresso and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and nascently complex, with a fine core, ripe tannins and excellent length and grip on the poised and classy finish."
