The Pinot Noir was picked with freshness and verve at the forefront, pressed immediately into tank using Champagne-style presses. Then, after a short, happy fermentation, it was bottled at the beginning of December. The goal is to be delicious, and so it is!. The 2021 Cloudline Rose of Pinot Noir expresses a floral nose of strawberry blossom and hawthorns. A beautiful salmon color, the wine has the lively texture of classic rose and a flavor palate that includes strawberry, kiwi and a touch of lemongrass. Consider this a summer dream for any time of the year! |
