Lively, fresh and balanced, long fruity persistence and mineral flavors. This goes particularly well with grilled fish, plain or with a sauce such as trout wit almonds, pike with lemon butter. Along with cheese such as cottage goat's cheese or Saint-Marcellin. 91 points-Wine Enthusiast. This wine doesn't reveal much on the nose, aside from hints of green apple and honeysuckle.
