| Description: | Recioto is one of the great Italian sweet wines. The Roccolo Grassi is made from 60% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella, and 10% Croatina and it is sourced from a 4 hectare parcel of 40 year old vines. The 150 days of drying the grapes before fermentation gives the wine complex flavors of dried cherry, ripe plum, blackberry, meat, and tobacco. The palate is heavy, yet clean and well balanced.
