| Description: | Grown in the high altitude (300-400m) sandy clay soils, littered with fossils and marl, the grapes saw one of the best vintages of the past 20 years. Aged for a minimum of 30 months in 3200-liter Slovenian oak, the wines fruit is preserved with only slight hints of baking spice. Figs, dark plums, caramel, leather, cassis and blackberry. Savory with a classic meatiness, there is a balance of being soft and juicy, with big tannins. |
