| Description: | Mendoza has a continental climate and semi-arid desert conditions. Wine made from a blend of expression from our two vines at 700 and 1100 meters above sea level. All of them planted in a vertical shooting position with a modern technological cultivation method used. Average age of the vines 20 years old. Yield between 80 and 85 quintals. At 700 meters above sea level we have a bed river soil with rounded stones and slightly alkaline limestone. While at 1100 meters we can find a more compact and harmonic composition of sand, still and clay. Obtaining this way two expression to be blended in this rich Malbec. Deep violet color with blue shades. It has a complex aroma, combination of violets, cherries and sour cherries in oak. It presents a concentrated blackberry fruits, ripe plums and tobacco leaves flavors. Complex finish with remarkable sweet tannins and long lasting after taste |
