Base/Wash. 100% malted barley fermentation done in house. Bottle. 750 Ml bottles, cases. Techniques. Twice distilled to 140 proof. Barreled at 120 proof in heavy-charred American white oak. After a 3-year minimun maturation time in the barrel, the whiskey is transferred out and proofed to 90 proof with deionized water. • Filtered through 3 particulate filters prior to bottling. Region Description. \"Single Malt Whisky\" refers to whisky made outside Scotland in a single distillery and a single type of malted grain, usually barley and using a pot still.
