| Description: | A blend of 55% Malbec and 45% Riesling from Lewis Peak Vineyard in Washington State. 36 hours maceration, fermented in the bottle. Deep pink verging into ruby. Bright red and dark berries with white and orange flowers mixed in to the bouquet. Bright pear notes as well on the palate, with a lively carbonation that is more than frizzante but not full on bubbly. Nice texture up the mid-palate with a little bit of ginger spice. – Abv: 12% |
