| Description: | Coombsville, Napa winery gets this unusual German varietal from the Mokelumne Glen Vineyard in Lodi. The wine is aged in all stainless steel to keep the aromatics fresh. The nose is floral with citrus notes of tangerine, lemon and lime. On the palate it opens to crisp apples and pears with a refreshing granite-like minerality. Quite rich and round on the palate, yet the finish remains crisp and concise. Only 80 cases made. |
