| Description: | Harvest: Grapes picked up by hand with the utmost care in small baskets. Vinification: after de-stemming, proceed with maceration on the skins. The alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with natural yeasts without the use of sulfites. Accurate control of the maceration time and temperature gives us a fresh, light and fruity. Colour: ruby red with violet hues. Bouquet: fruity, wildflowers, violet and cherry. Taste: fresh, stylish concentration of fresh fruit.
