| Description: | We never seem to see many Moulin-a-Vent from Beaujolais come across our tastings and a good one is always a fun little bonus. This 2019 shows some more serious depth than previous vintages with 20% stem inclusion to balance the carbonic floral qualities. Both red and black fruits make an appearance with a slightly stewed quality. Earth, plum, black cherry, crushed rose/violets, and light tannins that match the medium weight acidity. |
