| Description: | Domaine Kirrenbourg is a modern winery founded in 2015 by two former sommelier of big names in Alsace (Kuentz-Bas and Albert Mann). Kirrenbourg is named after the Lieu-dit within the Grand Cru Schlossberg, the biggest and most famous of the region. All of the qualities one looks for in Alsatian Riesling are present: Medium weight, lemon/lime, orange blossom honey, baked pears, white roses, and acidity to balance out 5g/l residual sugar. |
