Rich, dense and quite full-bodied, this one reminds us of its Australian counterpart, but with better balance and finesse. The Monastrell really helps complete this wine, endowing it with spicy complexity and long finish. Produced again by partners Dan Phillips and winemaker Chris Ringland, although this time it hails from Jumilla in Spain rather than Australia. |
