| Description: | A great vintage from a producer we love is a clear recipe for success and the Sotto Castello di Novello does not disappoint. Though the wine is just a puppy, it is very enjoyable in 2022. The wine show the typical orange hue on the edges with a very earthy aroma of humus, wet cave, and old books. Red cherries, Medjool dates and anise are just starting to blossom through the aging tannins and the settling of oak. 550 cases made. |
