| Description: | This is 100% Malagousia, which was essentially saved from extinction by Vangelis Gerovassiliou. This is somewhat of weighty white grape with a portion only being vinified in stainless and a portion seeing French. Months of lees contact gives this a straw color with aromas of pear, mango, jasmine and earthy tomato leaf. The finish is accentuated by its salty volcanic minerality, lemon peel and hints of nutty notes from the wine making. |
