| Description: | The grape is Olaszrizling, known as Welschriesling in Austria and Germany, yet there is no relation to the famous German Riesling. This comes from Juznoslovenska, Slovakia and is made in two parts: a 3 week open vat ferment, foot trodden, whole cluster and destemmed, the other half was whole bunch pressed and aged 1 year in Hungarian oak. Caramel, tangerine, banana, yellow apples, mango, and papaya, but not in a sweet way though there is 3g/L RS. |
