| Description: | The fruit is sourced from the historic Yount Mill vineyard and is certified organic with 6 foot long cordons trained in alternate directions. The color in the glass is limpid with a Gamay-like hue. After aging for 6 months in neutral barrels, it undergoes native yeast fermentation to give the wine flavors of bright cherry, roses and potpourri. A very clean, fresh, and pure wine hinting at the natural techniques that preserve the integrity of the fruit. 200 cases. |
