They have a direct line on barrels from this little Burgundy estate called Domaine Dujac – re-purposing their soul of Burgundy in Germany. A great nose of stewed fruits, earth, black cherry, dark chocolate, and baking spices. There is a lightness that contradicts the aromas and flavors which make this a truly great experience. A great Spatburgunder. |
