| Description: | The grapes undergo a very long maceration without destemming, leading to the occurrence of natural carbonic maceration. It is fermented in wooden tanks and aged on fine lees in secondhand oak for 8 months. A suave style of Syrah with all the familiar aromas of bacon, smoked meats, and plums. Carbonic brings out pretty aromas of strawberries, black cherry, and a floral not of violets. A wine that does not need a decade to show all its offerings. |
