| Description: | Our Last Bottles !!. Manufacturer's Notes: Low yields and careful management of the leaf canopy produced Shiraz with concentrated fruit character and full ripe tannins. Rich raspberry and cherry flavors abound, with a hint of lavender and spice. Excellent with red meats and spicy pastas. The Toasted Head name comes from the process of toasting the heads and staves of the wine barrels for mellow oak tones. |
